Countries

The Countries page allows administrators to manage the country master data used across the platform. Each country record includes its name, country code, and dialing code.

Countries Overview

Country records are used when entering mobile numbers, configuring location-based information, and maintaining related state and city data. Keeping this information accurate helps ensure that contact details and regional settings are properly configured.

Viewing Countries

The Countries table displays the following information:

Name — The country name.
Country Code — The standard country abbreviation used for identification.
Currency Code — The country dialing code used with mobile numbers.
Action — Options to edit or delete the country record.

For example, the list may include USA with US and +1, United Kingdom with GB and +44, and India with IN and +91.

Use the Search Countries field to find a country record quickly.

Click the search field.
Enter the country name, country code, or dialing code.

Best Practices

Avoid adding duplicate country records.
Set a country to Inactive instead of deleting it when it may be needed for historical records.
Verify the selected country code before saving.
Add related states and cities only after the country has been created.
