Managing Payments

The Payments section allows administrators to view and monitor all customer payment transactions. It provides a complete payment history, including subscription purchases, payment methods, transaction IDs, pricing, and payment status, making it easy to track billing activities across the platform.

Managing Payments Overview

The Payments page displays a detailed list of all subscription payments made by customers. Administrators can filter payment records by customer, review transaction details, verify payment status, and access payment receipts or invoices when required.

This information helps administrators verify successful payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Filter Payments by Customer

Use the Select Customer dropdown to display payment records for a specific customer.

To Filter Payments

Click the Select Customer dropdown.
Choose the desired customer.
The payment list will automatically display transactions associated with the selected customer.

Filtering records simplifies payment tracking for individual customers.

Payment Methods

The Mode column identifies the payment method used to purchase the subscription.

Free (for trial or lifetime promotional plans)
Other supported payment gateways

This allows administrators to identify how each transaction was processed.

Transaction Details

Each payment includes a unique Transaction ID, which serves as a reference for payment verification.

Downloading Payment Invoice

The Action column allows administrators to download the payment invoice for each completed transaction in PDF format.

To Download a Payment Invoice

Locate the required payment record.
Click the PDF icon in the Action column.
The payment invoice will be generated and downloaded automatically.

The downloaded PDF invoice typically includes:

Subscription Plan
Payment Date
Payment Method
Transaction ID
Invoice Number (if applicable)
